2019 is the 70th anniversary of the Hahndorf CFS, and to help them raise much-needed funds before this summer’s fire season we’ll be auctioning off some incredible prizes.

Entrée: Crispy skin pork belly with a sweet Chinese dressing served with Asian greens sautéed in chilli and garlic.
Main: Prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast, served with lemon pesto risotto, curried pumpkin puree, topped with micro herbs.
Dessert: Decadent Cupcake with edible flowers.
