Adelaide Hills Skara Bratwurst, cheese Kranski & Bockwurst sausage, 12 hours cooked Haus Pork Ribs (350gm), Hahndorf double smoked Kassler pork chop accompanied with 2 German Pretzels, apple kraut, creamy potato mash, German mustards, dill pickles and haus glaze.
Served with 2 x 300ml Weihenstephan beers.
