The Adelaide Hills will once again play host to the annual Winter Reds Weekend on 24 – 26 July 2020.
We were holding our breath on whether this popular festival would go ahead this year, so when Adelaide Hills Wine announced that it would be happening for 2020, we were so excited! A great number of cellar doors and associated venues have jumped on board and are offering an array of sumptuous wine and food events.
Our Adelaide Hills wineries have had a particularly tough start to 2020, so now more than ever, POP UP to the hills and show your support!
Events over the entire Adelaide Hills Winter Reds Weekend range from exclusive ticketed lunches, dinners and wine tastings for followers of fine food and wine, to relaxed venues offering rustic food, alluring wine, live entertainment and warming fires. Many venues are also family friendly.
Keep in mind, due to government regulations on venue capacities, ticketed events will sell out quickly and bookings are now also recommended for many non-ticketed events. Please be respectful of the venues during this time, they would love to have as many people as they can, but they also want to make sure we all stay safe.
Admission to general events is free. The official Spiegelau or Riedel souvenir wine glass is available for $10 and is required to purchase wine at all non-ticketed events. Different food, wine and other beverage options are available to purchase at each venue.
